주요업무

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft a variety of game and technology-related commercial agreements, including publishing and licensing agreements

- Research a wide range of legal issues and provide solution-oriented practical advice to internal departments

- Conduct legal review of new business initiatives and advise on compliance matters

- Lead and manage litigations and disputes abroad

- Research privacy and data protection laws around the world

지원자격

Minimum Qualifications:

- Law school JD, LLM or comparable law degree

- Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or Korea

- At least 4 years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements in English

- Ability to communicate in English and in Korean fluently

- Commitment to professionalism; well-organized

- Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure

- Team player and a problem solver

- Solid understanding of intellectual property law, especially copyright and trademark laws

우대사항

Preferred Qualifications

- Law firm experience or in-house experience with a multinational company

- Specialized knowledge and experience providing legal advice to game-related businesses
